UAE reports active interception of missiles, drones

UAE air defense systems are actively engaging missile and UAV threats.

1news.media reports, citing a statement from the UAE Ministry of Defense on X, that air defense systems are currently intercepting and engaging incoming missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles.

The ministry stated that the sounds heard across the country are a result of ongoing defensive engagement operations involving missiles and UAVs.

It is also noted that the country had reported similar drone-related incidents the previous day.
