Russia respects Baku–Yerevan direct talks without mediation

The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs respects the decision of Azerbaijan and Armenia to engage in direct dialogue without Moscow’s mediation.

1news.media reports that this was stated by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.

“We respect this choice. As before, we remain ready to support the peace process and to provide both consultations and a platform for signing an agreement,” she said.
