On June 11 in Budapest, the global judo family came together for the 2025 IJF Congress, an important forum for national federations, continental unions and all judoka across the world.
The Congress is aimed to determine the future of the organization for the next four years, propelling judo to new heights.
Marius Vizer was re-elected to the post of president of the IJF for a sixth term.
Also, during the event, appointments were made to other important IJF positions. It is noteworthy that Rashad Nabiyev, President of the Azerbaijan Judo Federation, was elected a member of the Executive Committee.
