Yellow wind warning issued for Azerbaijan

It was reported that in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Khizi, Khachmaz, Gusar, Shabran, Siyazan, Dashkesan, Ganja, Goranboy, Tovuz, Shamkir, Naftalan, Mingachevir, Tartar, Barda, Yevlakh, Zardab, Neftchala, Gobustan, the west wind will blow, the wind speed will be 13.9-20.7 m/s.
