AzerGold chief meets Yukselish competition winner

Chairman of the Executive Board of “AzerGold” CJSC, Zakir Ibrahimov, held another meeting with Aslan Hasanli, the winner of the fourth “Yukselish” competition, as part of the Mentorship Program.

During the meeting, extensive discussions were held on topics such as public administration models, the organization of decision-making processes, and building balanced and effective work mechanisms in line with stakeholder expectations.

Within the framework of the Mentorship Program, Zakir Ibrahimov provided information about effective cooperation practices with state institutions, partners, business entities, and international organizations. He also shared examples from real work experience and offered recommendations for developing management skills.

The meeting continued in a question-and-answer format around the discussion topics.
