Former Chelsea star Oscar rushed to hospital after ‘collapsing’

Former Chelsea and Brazil midfielder Oscar was hospitalized after collapsing while training on an exercise bike.

1news.media informs, citing the Sun, Oscar, 34, then fell to the ground and Brazilian media claim he was unconscious for two minutes.

The player was then rushed to the Einstein Hospital Israelita in Sao Paulo, Brazil in an ambulance for further tests.

Medical staff were able to stabilise him as it was discovered he was suffering from cardiac issues.

And the club revealed that Oscar will remain under further observation until the extent of his diagnosis is known.

Oscar won the English Premier League twice and the Europa League once with Chelsea, and scored 12 goals in 48 appearances for the Brazil national team.
