Russia besieges Kupyansk, captures Oskol river crossing

The Russian army has besieged the city of Kupyansk.

1news.media reports that this was stated by Chief of the Russian Armed Forces General Staff Valery Gerasimov in a report to Russian President Vladimir Putin.

According to him, the Russian army has also captured the crossing over the Oskol River and blocked the movement of Ukrainian soldiers.
