Macron: Baku-Yerevan peace deal soon

French President Emmanuel Macron expressed hope that a peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia will be signed soon.

1news.media informs that he said this in an interview with Azerbaijani journalists in Copenhagen.

"Today in the morning, I met with Prime Minister Pashinyan and in the afternoon with President Aliyev. We hope that after the initial signing, the peace agreement will be fully signed and all necessary steps will be taken for the full normalization of relations with the countries of the region," he noted.
