The presidents held an extended meeting over lunch

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev had an expanded meeting with Rwandan President Paul Kagame over dinner on September 20.

1news.media reports that during the meeting, the heads of state noted the high level of political relations between Azerbaijan and Rwanda, and stressed the need to develop cooperation between the two countries in the economic, trade, cultural, and humanitarian spheres accordingly. In this regard, the countries exchanged views on energy, agriculture, tourism, student exchange, and the application of the "ASAN Service" experience in Rwanda.

During the conversation, the issue of expanding the bilateral legal and contractual base between Azerbaijan and Rwanda was also touched upon.
