Hungary: EU States secretly buying cheap Russian oil

Budapest openly buys Russian oil, while many European countries buy it indirectly due to its low price.

“Hungary buys Russian oil openly because we have no other choice, while some European countries buy it secretly because it is cheaper,” he said.
