Russia proposes political, military talks with Ukraine

Russia has proposed creating working groups on political and military issues with Ukraine and is awaiting Kyiv's response.

"Three rounds have already been held. In addition to important humanitarian agreements, we have proposed creating working groups on political and military issues, which would be an important step towards agreeing on lasting agreements," Lavrov said.
