Azerbaijani gas to reach Syria via Turkiye

The date of the supply of Azerbaijani gas to Syria via Turkiye has been announced.

1news.media reports that Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayrakdar announced this.

"On August 2, we will start exporting natural gas from Azerbaijan to Aleppo via Kilis," the minister said.

It should be noted that Turkish media had previously reported that gas transportation would begin on August 1.
