Turkish Military Chief arrives at Chiragan

Chief of the General Staff of the Turkish Armed Forces, Metin Gurak, arrived at the Chiragan Palace in Istanbul, where the third round of talks between Russia and Ukraine will be held.

1news.media  reports that a Turkish delegation, including the head of the Turkish National Intelligence Organization, Ibrahim Kalin, visited Chiragan.
