Azerbaijani PM meets with Speaker of Pakistan’s National Assembly

On July 8, Ali Asadov, Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan, met with a Pakistani delegation led by Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Speaker of the National Assembly.

They hailed the dynamics of the Azerbaijan-Pakistan fraternal relations, based on mutual trust and support and the high-level political dialogue between the two countries.

Underscoring the importance of inter-parliamentary cooperation, the sides stated that the mutually beneficial relations established between the legislative bodies of Azerbaijan and Pakistan had contributed positively to the comprehensive development of interstate relations.

The meeting also addressed prospects for development of cooperation between the two countries across various domains, as well as other issues of mutual concern.
