Azerbaijani students to study at China’s leading universities on scholarships

In accordance with the Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Education between the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China, 43 Azerbaijani citizens have earned the opportunity to study at prestigious Chinese universities for the 2025–2026 academic year.

The selected students will pursue their studies at leading institutions such as Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai University, Zhejiang University, China University of Geosciences, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Wuhan University, Sichuan University, the University of International Business and Economics, Hubei University, and other renowned higher education institutions.

The scholarship recipients will study at the bachelor’s (1 person), master’s (37 persons), and PhD (5 persons) levels in various fields including international relations and management, environmental engineering, law, computer science, international trade, finance, transport engineering, business administration, accounting, educational theory, and ecology.
