Sahiba Gafarova arrives in Geneva for the IPU Assembly

A parliamentary delegation led by the Speaker of the Milli Majlis, Sahiba Gafarova, has arrived in Geneva, the Swiss Confederation, to participate in the 151st Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU).

1news.media was informed about this by the Press and Public Relations Department of the Milli Majlis.

The Speaker of the Milli Majlis was met at the Geneva International Airport by the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Switzerland, Fuad Isgandarov, the Permanent Representative of our country to the UN in Geneva, Galib Israfilov, and other officials.

As part of the visit, Sahiba Gafarova is scheduled to deliver a speech at the 151st Assembly of the IPU, as well as hold several meetings with the heads of delegations of the participating countries.
