I heartily congratulate you on the anniversary of the liberation of the capital of Azerbaijan, Baku, from enemy occupation.

“I pay tribute to the memory of the commander of the Caucasian Islamic Army, Nuri Killigil Pasha, and all our heroes, and I convey my greetings and love to the brotherly people of Azerbaijan,” Erdogan emphasized.
