Rain and fog are reported across regions

1news.media reports that according to the National Hydrometeorological Service, as of 10:00 on September 7, intermittent torrential rain fell in a number of areas of the country.

The amount of precipitation was recorded in Zagatala 6, Astara 5, Lankaran 4, Saribas (Gakh) 3, Oguz 2, Dashkesan, Kalbajar, Lachin, Goygol, Naftalan, Shamkir, Sheki, Shamakhi, Gobustan, Guba, Gusar, Tartar, Barda, Yevlakh, and Kurdamir up to 1 mm.

Fog was observed in Balakan, Gusar, Gryz, and Lerik. Visibility in the fog was limited to 500 meters.

The maximum air temperature was recorded at 29 degrees in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, 23 degrees in mountainous regions, 32 degrees in lowland regions, and up to 35 degrees in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
