Zelensky and Trump exchange gifts at White House

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and US President Donald Trump exchanged gifts during their meeting at the White House on August 18.

1news.media informs Zelensky presented Trump with a golf club given to him by Ukrainian junior sergeant Konstantin Kartavtsev.

The Ukrainian president explained that the soldier lost his leg while rescuing his comrades in the early months of the war, and afterward, golf became part of his rehabilitation, helping him regain both physical and emotional balance.

The US president thanked the Ukrainian soldier for the golf club and, in return, presented Zelensky with a symbolic key to the White House.
