Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister, Turkish Foreign Minister discuss bilateral ties and regional developments in phone talk
Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, held a telephonic conversation with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan on Sunday.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the two leaders reviewed Pakistan-Türkiye bilateral cooperation and exchanged views on current regional and international developments.
They also expressed grave concern over the dire humanitarian situation in Gaza. The Deputy Prime Minister condemned the Israeli plan for a complete military takeover, calling it a flagrant violation of international law and UNSC resolutions. He stressed the urgent need to provide unimpeded humanitarian assistance and an end to Israeli impunity.
