“There is a lot of speculation here. I’m not going to speculate on this topic,” he said.

It should be noted that on July 14, U.S. President Donald Trump stated he would give Russia 50 days to reach an agreement on resolving the situation around Ukraine, after which he intended to impose 100% trade tariffs on Moscow and its trading partners.
