Ukraine yet to announce Istanbul delegation

There is much speculation about who will be representing Ukraine in Istanbul.

The BBC’s Ukrainian service has been told that at any moment Zelensky, as head of the delegation, can decide to send anyone to Istanbul.

However he has not yet announced who that might be or whether they go to Istanbul.

As far as we know all members of the Ukrainian delegation are in Ankara, meeting with Erdogan.
